Yes, really.
At the Mondial du Fromage — the so-called Cheese Olympics — Team USA took gold, toppling centuries of French dairy dominance. The first time it’s ever happened. The unthinkable. The un-brie-lievable.
The world’s best cheesemongers gathered in Tours, France, to slice, smell, sculpt and serve over a thousand cheeses from nearly fifty countries. For once, it wasn’t the French, Italians or Swiss who triumphed — it was a group of American mongers who turned skill, storytelling and precision into pure gold.
Somewhere, a thousand moustaches just drooped into their camembert.
And yet, there’s a lesson here — one that goes far beyond cheese.
Innovation doesn’t just live in labs or data centres. It lives in tradition reimagined. It’s the courage to experiment in a field (sometimes literally) that others think is already perfected.
That’s The Tech Ledger in a nutshell. Or perhaps… in a rind.

Stay cheesy.
